What to Expect When You Contact Us
Once you reach out, here's how the process works: we'll review your project details and photos, then provide a written quote within 24–48 hours. If your project requires fabric selection, we'll schedule a fabric consultation either in-shop or by sending samples.
Once the quote is approved and a deposit is placed, we'll schedule pickup or drop-off and get your piece into our production queue. Most residential projects are completed within 2–3 weeks.
